Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Buildings Parking Lot Rehabilitation

Landscape replacement was a large component for the KP Hayward and Union City MOBs parking lot replacement projects. The project began with extensive coordination with the Cities on their tree removal and replacement regulations. After this careful coordination, tree removal mitigation measures were found acceptable to both the City and the Client.

These parking lots now feature tree species appropriate for parking lots, low maintenance shrubs and groundcover, along with successful pavement repairs.
